About the Ombudsman

Fiscaltech provides a communication channel that receives, evaluates and appropriately directs issues related to Code of Conduct. This channel was created to address questions of interpretation or suspects of violation, as unethical or inappropriate behavior discouraged by the Code.

Questions, suggestions or complaints identified by employees, suppliers, service providers or customers are treated with strict confidentiality and impartiality. Retaliation of any kind to persons who direct questions by the Ombudsman is tolerated in our work environment. So, when forwarding a concern for analysis through this channel, the person involved has the guarantee that will have its confidentiality preserved.
